Booking system
The GO Gateshead online booking system can only be used by the registered user.
Users can make bookings up to 7 days in advance between the hours of 05:00 and 23:59.
All booking payments must be made at the time of booking.
GO Gateshead members who book sessions online but who fail to attend the booking may have their booking privileges removed.
Cancellations
You can cancel bookings you have made online by going into your account history and searching by venue.
Alternatively booking cancellations must be made by email to the relevant facility and include details of the:
- activity
- date
- time
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Failure to give this notice may result in the full fee being charged.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made by email to the relevant facility and include details of the:
- activity
- date
- time
You will also need to include proof of payment.
Transfers
Requests to transfer a booking must be made by telephone or in person to the relevant facility.
General
Gateshead Council reserves the right to withdraw access to the Go Gateshead online booking system from any person who misuses the system or does not follow the conditions of use.
Where necessary, Gateshead Council reserves the right to relocate bookings to a reasonable alternative location within the booked facility.
Gateshead Council, its employees and agents do not accept any responsibility or liability for any:
- loss or damage (including loss of earnings, income or fees)
- bookings being unavailable
